Return Policy:

Currently We're not offering returns. Our customers seldom feel the need – they adore our articles! Please be sure of the size, fit, material, color before ordering (please read product description for all details).

You are eligible to request a return or exchange solely in the event that the product you've received is either damaged, broken, or significantly different from your initial order, such as missing parts, cuts, or burns. It's important to be aware that minor discrepancies in color and patches (within a range of 10% to 15%) may arise due to variations in screen resolutions, and these deviations will not be considered valid reasons for a return. 

If you have received a damaged product, Please click pictures and a video of the product and email to support@luvbasicsofficial.com. We will issue an exchange for your order.

Exchange:

Regarding size, a tolerance of 0.50 inch+/- will be considered within acceptable limits and will not be considered as a wrong size delivered. In case of an exchange for a different size, contact us within 3 days post Delivery at support@luvbasicsofficial.com.

Please note exchanges are subject to stock availability. In cases where the requested size is not in stock, we will notify you to select an alternative size or product. Customers have 2 options to return the product:

1) Self Ship to Our Warehouse:
Customers can directly ship the product to our warehouse. Once the product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes all the quality checks, we will dispatch a new one. Please note that delivery charges for the new shipment will be payable by the customer

2) Reverse Pickup Arrangement:
We can arrange a reverse pickup for exchanges, which covers a repackaging fee, convenience charge, and re-delivery of the shipment. The charges are subject to the product's weight.

Conditions (Exchange):

Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted and will be delivered back to the customer.

     Empty Package Received:

    All orders are weighed before dispatching, that’s why it is practically impossible to receive an empty parcel. Please do not create a false claim of empty package received. All such requests will be rejected.

    Refunds:

    Refund requests are not accepted in any manner. If you find any issues with your order, we will completely solve it through Exchanges 

    Order Cancellation:

    Orders once placed cannot be canceled. If you have ordered the wrong size product by mistake, you can simply email us at support@luvbasicsofficial.com to change it to the preferred size within 1 hour of placing your order and we will happily update it.
